Our experiential programs are specifically designed to move from Knowing, to Being and Doing
If knowing or understanding the mindsets and skillsets of leading ourselves or leading others was enough, then we should be able to study, attend trainings, read inspiring books or watch compelling social media posts or videos, and change ourselves and our circumstances. But we’ve done that, we do listen and read and watch, and yet…. don’t quite get there. What is getting in the way?
Creating the lives we want and can have requires us to shift from knowing to doing, and thus building belief, skill and confidence, and at the same time new behaviours, habits and routines. This insight, and the repeated requests by our clients, gave birth to our experiential programs.
In all of our experiences, you will benefit from a skillful, experienced professional facilitator and coach first helping you clarify your goals towards a compelling and energising vision of how you want to be – your personal Ikigai – and then using the power of all our intelligences, coupled with group encouragement and feedback, within a carefully curated supportive and physical environment (e.g. in nature, in coaching circles, in an actual work or living space), to take the first real, palpable, inspiring steps into your new future.

1. The Ikigai Experience: Hosted in Dunsborough region of Western Australia, next dates: 18-20 September 2026, 6-8 November 2026
Total investment is AU$ 1,890.00 per person
Includes: 2.5 days of facilitation by an ICF accredited professional coach, venue hire, 2 healthy lunches, experience materials, 1 x 30-minute virtual coaching call within 1-2 weeks post-Experience
Optional: Integrative Enneagram Report (IEQ9) with a 2-hour debrief by an accredited Integrative Enneagram Practitioner (virtual), additional investment AU$ 400.00 incl.
Excludes: transport to and from the experience (Appropriate airports are Perth or Margaret River, both requiring car hire), accommodation (guidance, and discount vouchers may be available to participants – please ask) and breakfast/dinner meals & drinks
